If you are not completely satisfied with your DoorShox.com purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 15 days of receipt, minus initial shipping cost. Please note, the Buyer is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. To return a product, please visit our contact page to request an RMA# and return instructions. Please provide your order number in the return request to expedite the return process. ALL products must be returned in new/resalable condition. Damaged or dirty products will not be refunded.

Orders placed on DoorShox.com will be processed and shipping within 2 business days. All shipments are made via UPS ground and leave from NY, so depending on where you are sending the package it can take 1 - 5 business days after date of shipment for delivery to be made.
DoorShox.com is not responsible for any delays in delivery once shipment is in the possession of UPS. Any delays caused by UPS are not associated with DoorShox.com. Re-shipments for any reason are sent signature required.
